Felix Sherman Jr. is the Owner of The Ambrosia Bakery. Ambrosia Bakery was started by his parents, Felix and Cheryl Sherman, in 1993 - that is nearly 30 years of serving award winning cakes to the Baton Rouge Area. Cheryl’s passion for cake decorating went from being a hobby to selling cakes to her neighbors and later on become a highly successful business thanks to the help from her husband. Felix was let go from his job after working there for 27 years; having years and years of business experience, they were able to put their minds together and open the bakery. In today’s time the business is run by multiple family members, each having their own role in the success of the day to day operations.
